The underwriting process was frustrating. I recommend a complete review prior to requesting actions from applicants so there isn't multiple communications requesting information. This would eliminate any 11th hour rushed activities and allow applicants to use their time wisely when addressing issues.

Per my agent the fees are very high. I had the sellers cover the closing costs and still had to pay 1k at closing
