Heather was really helpful throughout the entire process, and it was really easy to work with her, and reach out to her in case of any questions.She walked us through the loan process, home inspection, appraisal, and closing.The whole process was very smooth, and it dint even feel like we went through the process, as some people say is very tedious, and painful.

It would have been a 10, but the inspector missed a few things that has and will cost me some additional money. The items found during the inspection, not all were corrected, ie crushed dryer vent.

This is a tedious and challenging process, but eventually worth it to have no down payment and PMI.

She, Jenna Pahde, is absolutely the best person, loan officer, human being in the world. Her professionalism is unmatched. Her attention to detail is amazing. & when she's helping you with your home purchase? She's vested 110%. I would recommend her as a home loan officer to anyone. She went above & beyond her job responsibilities. She explained way more of the process than what was her job of loan officer. She was a God- send for my home loan needs. & at the drop of a hat she would answer questions via email, text or phone call day or night.
Overall, the ladies I worked with were very friendly and very prompt on their end when it came to helping me with paperwork or answering any questions I had!
