We had a major issue when applying for our loan. I had originally tried to get a VA home loan,. But was short a few months of service. It was then we decided to just go with an FHA loan. We had been pre-approved with ibr with student loans instead of the 1%. It was this mistake that nearly cost us the financing only a week before close. Jon worked with us and we were able to get a co signer. With out his hard work and expertise we would have been lost. We hope in the future this mistake can be bought for other vets.

Dan and Lauren Walters were both great. They are great communicators who took the time to explain things to me, sometimes more than once, whenever I had questions about the home buying process. Also, at no point did they hold up the process.

Every part of the home-buying process was lightning fast, with the exception of the under-writing period. It seemed that there was some sort of hold up on paperwork or approvals that caused a delay in closing. Everything else was extremely easy.
