Amanda and every member of her team are truly the best! As retired veterans, it was very important to us that our mortgage company understand all the information, pay and benefits, etc.... that pertained to us and our situation. Every phone call or question we had was met with the highest courtesy and genuine friendliness. They always had time for us and returned every phone call promptly. I started the process with not a lot to work with in terms of credit and debt to income ratio. Veterans United guided me to remedy the issues with my credit score and gave me the information I needed to make the necessary changes to have a more favorable outcome.
I have heard horror stories about buying houses. We weren't really sure what it was going to be like going into it but I can't believe we own a house today! It went quick and was super easy. All that was really needed from us was documents and it took only a few minutes usually to upload each item. I thought this would be a long process but a month later we are in our first home. Couldn't recommend it enough!
