The online system overall was extremely user friendly and so easy to work with.
The loan process was a long process, however, the people I worked with (Caleb and Samantha) were great people. I would hope that if I would ever go through this process again that I would be able to work with the same people.

Very convenient and easy to use. Areas of frustration: best interest rate was not offered initially, which forced me to shop other rates that were then matched. And the loan origination fee of 3,000 is unnecessary and takes advantage of veterans.
