This was a surprisingly smooth process. You hear plenty of horror stories with loan companies. I, for one, will not have one from my experience!
Stephanie Snow was great, as far as the underwriters, they made her life difficult because their numbers were wrong on several disclosures without any explanation why. Maybe simple mistakes but they could have been costly in the long run for us. But I would work with Stephanie again because she was professional, understanding, very knowledgeable.
