The customer service provided by Luke and his team were outstanding! It was so good and we felt they were completely transparent that we did not shop around once we started working with Luke. The experience was great all they way up to closing which they made us feel special during that process too. I've already made recommendations to co-workers.

The experience working with Veterans United as a company was very good, Unfortunately I can not say the same in regards to my Loan Officer. I would probably recommend the Company but certainly have them go to the Workman team of Savannah, GA who selflessly and without looking for any monetary rewards in exchanged, helped and me greatly when my own Loan Officer was only looking forwards his own wellbeing and remuneration, even when knowing they were not handling my loan therefore will not received any compensation.
