Brayden, Adam, Ali and all the additional people I talked to, including Garrett from the ADT team (referred to by VU) was outstanding. My second time with VU and if I ever move again I will be using VU again. These are very patient and compassionate people. The walked me through everything.My only negative feedback and just because there is room for improvement. Mainly is for Storm from the house insurance department. She did cause some Anxiety. This is my second time buying a house and granted, Florida has its issues but she did not really do a great job explaining the issues of obtaining insurance in Florida. She did make it seem like I was not going to be able to obtain insurance. I am not an expert in buying houses and the process. The team that was assigned to me was awesome but from the insurance department, maybe preparing people for things like this could avoid future headaches. I was moving states and transitioning jobs along with many other things. I will take responsibility of not conducting extensive research. I feel like maybe it would help initially disclosing how hard it is to obtain insurance is in Florida. The wording of her email and text messages really made me nervous and anxious.
My family and I have worked with VU for years and have always had excellent service. Thank you!
If anyone is looking to buy a home veterans should be the first people you should call, they are Aces in my book! Was alittle upset with the home designers not taking in the consideration of putting a jacuzzi style tub in the main bathroom or the wall out let for the tv bed and the layout for the dressers and of course the storage room could have been dropped to new basement level and made as living space and plumbed for extra bathroom down stairs
but the team was great AWSOME JOB GUYS
