There is no doubt in my mind that Veterans United will be the only mortgage company I will consider using in the years ahead.
A few years ago when I first started dealing with Veterans United I never closed on a home due to lack of available real estate for my family's preferences. However, Patrick Cox and the team at Veterans United was extremely professional and ready to help. During this experience I had Andy Moe. Andy seemed ill prepared for dealing with real estate in Alabama. one example is in the fact that Andy thought property tax in Alabama was $800-$1000 a month. Rather, these are the yearly averages for property tax with some areas falling into only $400 a year. Furthermore, Andy wasn't always prepared to answer my questions and even my real estate agent said that Andy was the worst lending agent she had dealt with on her end from Veterans United.
She was amazing. Worked a ton for us. And was so easy to talk to. Made our lives easier.
We thank you very kindly.
Kendra was also a pleasure to talk and ask questions of. I would rate her as outstanding also. Thanks for helping me get this loan. My family appreciates everything you guys did for us.

Over all it was a great experience.
Lance and Krystal did an outstanding job processing and getting my loan approved and ready for my close. In working with Toll Brothers, I am sure it added extra steps to the process but they did a great job through the entire process!
Ryan Shanahan was one of the best agents I have ever come across. He was always there for my questions and getting me in to see the house I wanted to buy. He is definitely a keeper for the VA to use.
we would definitely recommend VU to everybody....and Jenna Long
All was really great to work with and very helpful
