I could not complete my comments in the first comment space provided.
My question is, because I was forced to use my own realtor after trying to use two of your realtors, will you still provide me with the same amount as if I had been successful using your realtors that didn't return my calls or lost interest in helping me?

Ms. Freda was excellent at ensuring we got the house we felt most comfortable with. She never rushed us and respected our decisions as of what type of home we wanted. She also provided her expertise during this transition without crossing the line and without making us feel like she was imposing her will on us. Very satisfied with her service.

The book. Tim went over and beyond a loan officer and made me not stress near as much even with my military disabilities. Mr. Over shiner also got my daughter a fishing pole and made my daughter so happy to have her own pink pole After she broke hers on a fish shortly before finally closing on the home which made her day. And helped me distract her being so close to being in a new home. If I ever purchase another home in the future and Tim over shiner works with your company I will be requesting him to take care of my loan and be my obsbudsman threw this stressful process. Personal thanks to tim I appreciate everything you did more than you know. Especially with my ptsd anxiety and other diagnosis he helped me threw the process and would give him a 10 x 10 on his performance.

Gina Overshiner went above and beyond handling our loan. I even got emails from her on Memorial Day, when she should have been out enjoying the holiday. I would say the ultimate compliment would be that our Buyers Agent said how nice it was working with Gina, she said it was one of the easiest, smoothest closings she has done.
I would also like to say that Tracy Harding, our Agent was absolutely stellar. We had a rocky start with the first agent assigned to us by Matt McVay, but when I told him we didn't have any confidence in the agent, Matt assigned Tracy to us and we couldn't be happier.

Final underwriting delayed closing by two days. The payment to the insurance company was delayed and we were sent a cancellation notice.

Without Clay's assistance this would not have happened. I am thankful that he answered my intial response from the web email. Had it been anyone else, I'm not sure I would stuck it through to the very end.

I am very imnpressed with Clay and VUH and will certainly give my recommendations to others.

I have been in the customer service field for many years. I feel strongly about the quality vs quantity approach. I believe that Michael was very busy serving multiple clients. That being said, he made costly mistakes resulting in me losing money and my sanity during the sale and purchasing of my homes. I understand that people are human and we all make mistakes. I, fortunately, don't have the kind of career where my mistakes make a financial impact on my clients. In your business there is also no way to right the wrong that has been done, so I've been told. In my business, there are plenty of avenues to explore if a client has been wronged. Plenty of ways to right the wrong and not only save the business relation, but save the client from financial harm. Luckily my situation wasn't as severe as it could have been and I am grateful. Unfortunately, I can't say it went well and the fact that I lost money will haunt me every time I think of my experience. All I was awarded was an "I'm sorry, I made a mistake and there's nothing I can do". At least there was an apology...

Very personable, very informed about what VA Loans are and what's required from a house to qualify. Darlene would send us new listings and would make appointments when we requested to have them.
