I was on a very short timeline to get approved for a loan to purchase my new home, I was going to use a national bank however I found it difficult to have them return my calls or get the necessary documents in a timely manner. The first time I spoke to loan officer he ensured me this would not be the case, and most of the time they were waiting on me.
It was a very pleasant experience thanks to the professionalism of Michael's group.
Our Loan Officer, Blake Weisenfelder was awesome! He was so helpful from our first phone call all the way through. Even our Real Estate Agent commented to us how awesome it was to have Blake helping.

Great customer service. Joe was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my first home.
The only problem we had was that the paperwork didn't reach the closing attorney on time due to their slow work. But, we had to contact a supervisor to get things finished. It was too much stress at the end!
