Follow up could have been much better. A phone call to resolve issues instead of sending emails would have helped in rescheduling my closing date.I was also sent documents via email during my closing. They are date and time stamped! A simple phone call again would have resolved this. I was AT the closing ATTORNEY'S office, so they knew where we all were!

The process was seamless and very self explanatory. The use of myveteransunited was extremely efficient and made it easier to submit documents. I would certainly recommend Veterans United to anyone eligible, especially first time home buyers that are unfamiliar with the process. My only take back is that I did not research interest rates as much as I should have prior to fully committing with VU as a lender, however I am satisfied. That was personal decision that does not truly affect the overall performance and service of VU.
