This is my third home home to purchase, but only my second using an agent. My first home purchase was in 1979, and everything was completed within two weeks. I was in my new home, and lived there for 42 years. My second home was in 2020, and I used the sellers agent to help me with my purchase. She was great and very fair with both her clients and us. We did not have all the "TO DO'S" list that we had today. This experience was eye opening since we had to obtain records we never thought about getting. We now have a copy of everything that was requested, and if needed in the future, I will be better prepared. Veterans United was very pleasant to work with.

Worked very closely with Matthew, the credit counselor and he gave us exact directions to take and told us where we would be and wgen after we did what we needed to do, and was spot on. Amanda and Ryan worked hard and long as well as underwriting to help our family get into our forever home quickly to accommodate the need as quickly as we needed it. So very grateful to them all!!! Everything was fine until the end! We were continually updated. Our team was very professional but also pleasant. However our closing was 3 hours long, not warned his office equipment was coming, Every paper explained although we had reviewed everything earlier and had signed electrocally. Our Notary was very pleasant, and explained he worked full time for Amazon too. He called back and said we had to scan and email a paper that was signed in front of him but also needed initialed.This took another 2 hours trying to do what he asked! He then said we had to go to town to the library and do this. Our library has been closed because they are moving! We thought the loan was not going thru because of no iitials on one paper. Alberto and Lee Ann came to the rescue !I would highly suggest training your notaries to be more efficient. Overall we are pleased. We got a lower %, a lower monthly payment, no pay off penalty, and a little extra $ for our kitchen! Thank You! Larry and Donna
