Better and clearer communication with Veterans United. When it comes to scheduling for the home inspection, VU should let the buyer know exactly what needs to be inspected and what water samples need to be tested before the home inspection is scheduled. And a clearer understanding of how Navy reserves work on VU's part would help too.
Everyone was very informative and nice. For buying my first home I did not feel confused for very long and I did not feel like I was left in the dark by anyone.

What is there to say more about Aaron and Eli's team with the home loan application? After a previous mortgage with USAA, I felt apprehensive, with my PTSD resurfacing. But with Aaron and Eli, the experience was refreshing. It felt like a peaceful night's sleep, only to wake up in the middle of the night to find a delicious grilled cheese sandwich and a glass of milk waiting for me. I savored the sandwich, enjoyed the milk, and drifted back to sleep, waking up the next morning in my new home. That’s how simple it can be.
