Very hard to reach, emails were ignored, and closing was held up at VU fault the first time. Also let me pay to have inspections done for a house that we were later told wasn't in a high enough price range.

Would like to see the response time shortened for the VA INSPECTION. A week to 10 days to be scheduled after they are notified and another week for writern results seems like forever.
