I have two co-workers going to the same process, and the amount of information they had have receive from other lenders its a lot; to which I use for my peace of mind with VU. (Other lenders that will not end up selling the loan to a third party)Buyers are not loan experts, but makeing the buyer more familiarize wont hurt. I recommend that every liexe of paperwork requiring a signature it's explain over the phone or in person, not thru email or text message.
