VU was outstanding to work with. However, my only feedback is the lack of use & facilitation of electronic signatures with the legal documents. During the purchase and subsequent sale of our previous home in Charleston, SC we didn't sign a single document with pen and ink... and it was awesome. It was safe, fast, and most of all efficient. So many times throughout the process with VU, I was having to print a document from email, then sign it, then upload it to my computer and attach it to an email to send back. With today's capabilities and mobile applications, VU should be harnessing new software to make the process even easier than they've already made it. Except for this, our overall experience with VU was exceptional.
