Our closing was out of state so documents had to be notarized and overnighted to the title co. Not a big issue as we have done this more than once in the past. Due to underwriting delays & last minute requests for documents previously provided, after we were told our loan had gone to underwriting twice already, we had to rush on our end to get documents signed and notarized and back to the title co. in order to close on time. Very last minute. Other than the last minute "hiccups" Veterans United understands the VA process and were very helpful on this Tier II benefit loan.
It has been a great experience. From the first call I made to closing in less than 30 days. This has been the best experience I've had in real estate purchase.
Tim and his team went above and beyond to help me thru the process of buying my condo. I actually felt like I had made some new friends a Veterans United. Thank you all. Skip Miller
Exceptional service from the staff.

My loan officer was always on top of everything I needed to know. He helped me a number of times over some things I thought difficult but he made easy. Was very satisfied with his efforts and his associates.
Plan on giving this teams info to friends moving to the area looking to buy
Mitch, along with the rest of the team, made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress free

Solid team!!
Although I believe our USDA loan was new to Taylor and that was part of the delay, I would recommend him because he was friendly, professional and helpful. He learned a great deal about this type of loan.
The ease and simplicity of practically everything was perfect. From Zach the loan officer to Shirley Matlock our realtor, and their teams. We thank you for everything. We are very happy with our home.
