Thank you to JESS MANFREDI, WHO'S HELP WAS AMAZING. Never worried about anything she always knew the answer to our questions and she was always there I didn't have to leave messages and wait for days to hear from her.
The website was great and made it very easy to communicate and upload documents to my loan officer and transaction coordinator. There were a couple occasions where my loan officer didn’t receive a notification of a new upload but overall the process was painless. I would consider investing in a mobile app but the mobile website interface was still great.
It was not as easy getting a home as I thought it would be. Veterans United made it a lot easier. Chad and his team including ryan made it as smooth as one could. I would recommend
