Great team. Very helpful on everything. Answered all the questions I had. But, I was given a terrible realtor.
Although I am overall highly satisfied with my experience, I do wish that, at the beginning of the process, I was given a check-list of all documents and materials that would be needed - to include items from other parties and sub-documents. I was blindsided at the final week with documents that I did not know were needed.
Would have liked a little more communication explaining in more detail the forms I was reviewing and signing.

I love how they made it so easy to get in contact with someone to help. If they didn't have the answer you were gonna get it.
The only thing that was cumbersome was the signature process. It would make it an easier process if all forms could be electronically signed.On an iPad or iPhone it is combersome. To have to print forms sign then email back. Also when sending a form it would only show up in to do list or done list as an image file. You don't know what form was sent. You have to open image file to see what form it was. If you were allowed to rename form it would be easier to find proper form needed to be sent. Then if it wasn't the right form and need to look at another form, it locks you out freezing on screen then you need to sign back in to see next form needed????? Other than that great experience. Many Thanks to Katie Rose ?Y?? and Jennifer Heishman. They both did a wonderful job, helping me every step all the way, to the finish. And I called often. Couldn't have done it without them.
