Here's a piece of professional advice. It's always better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it. This is pertaining to all documents and reports that may be required during the underwriting process that way the home buyer has no surprise requirements a week prior to closing and they don't hear the comment " well, we didn't think we were going to need it". Get it so you have it. Thank you for all of the positive that came from this experience.
We found our closing difficult as we are very punctual and dealing with the loan process over email proved difficult, however, it was also convenient to not have to travel to speak to our loan representative.
