MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING AND I WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND VETERANS UNITED TO ANYONE.

The entire experience, from beginning to end (well, from beginning of the loan process to the beginning of our life in our new home) was outstanding!

Not impressed with the lack of attention to detail of reviewers(not sure of title). Person missed that there was a problem with the legal description on the appraisal(done in mid-May) until 2 days before closing(June 28th). Closing had to be moved to June 29th.

very informative and with you 100 percent of the way. Such a great experience.

My experience with Veterans United Home Loans was a great one. Everyone responded right away and made the process easy and amazing!

Good team very on point handle the process in a timely manner

Communication was not the best.

Everyone we worked with was not only knowledgeable but also very nice and respectful, would definitely recomm

Tyler and his team were awesome. They stayed on top of everything and made the process as stress free as possible.

My team did an outstanding job on my loan. I cant thank them enough for all their hard work. They were there in a moments notice answering all questions i had. I would recommend veterans united. Thank you team, you dod a great job.

Initially it started off no so good as the Relator assigned(Mr. Owens) would not contact us. When we called him, He said he would get back to Us... He Never did. We found a local relator (Molly Zimmerman) at an Open House and she said she would work with us and Veterans United. So we went with her... I thought it was wrong we lost the money promised when we went with another relator.. Oh Well Lessons Learned..

I decided to use my veterans benefit of a loan for the first time after purchasing three other homes. However, my experience with the loan process and dealing with my loan officer was a nightmare.First, I understand that texting loan information and questions is the way of the future and possibly faster response. On the other hand, my loan officer made the loan process extremely impersonal by constantly texting me questions and information. Also, the couple of times I did speak to him, he was rude and stated several times, "read your loan documents if you have questions ". I wanted a live person to answer my questions when needed clarifications and answers. In addition, I understand that there are modifications to paperwork. However, I re-sent my gift letter four times, tax returns several times, and DD 214 several times, and points statement. When, he asked for these paperwork, I provided the day after. However, asking for these paperwork several times took a lot of work and time off from my job. He didn't seem to care that I have to work too.Furthermore, if this loan process was as easy as changing lines at a cash register of a grocery store, I would have canceled this VA loan process.Lastly, now that the loan process is done, I will furfill my commitment, but will not use VA loans with Winsor Cooper.

Smooth purchase

My wife and I just purchased our first home through Veterans United and we had a great experience. Our loan team was friendly and patient with us throughout the long complicated process. I particularly appreciate the online aspect of VU where we could see which documents we still needed to collect and upload them directly to the website.
