Alex was great. We could trust him most importantly, but from a business stand point he was responsive and succinct in all of our correspondence.
There needs to be better communication between staff. Numerous times I submitted documents to one agent, only for another agent to ask for the same document two days later. Also, you need a better list of required paperwork. no more last minute stuff
Absolutely an OUTSTANDING staff. From the "get-go" we felt comforted that we were the number one priority. Friendly, courteous, and appreciative to Veterans. Our loan officer went above and beyond to make sure my wife could have her first home.
