We felt there were some areas that seemed ridiculous, such as the homeowners insurance policy having to be changed several times. But I do want to recognize Maggie Elliot for all her hard work to pull everything together for us. She was amazing in keeping us informed of what to expect and what was needed. I was very satisfied with the the process overall. I liked the educational videos that guide you from the moment you decide to buy a house all the way to refinancing. MyVU website is easy to navigate, upload documents and keep track on the "things to do". The only reason I did not rate it a 10 out of 10 is because of the hassle during the closing dates. I purchased a 4-plex, and I understand my property had challenges on itself, but it was a something that could have been avoided from communicating with the realtors better. I am happy that the issue was identified by my VU team and that it was fixed promptly.
