Veterans United is a great addition benefit on top of the already awesome VA Home loan benefit enjoyed by Veterans.

The team I worked with seemed to be very unorganized and lacked in communications skills. My lawyer had to constantly correct them due to their ignorance in Illinois law. We missed the date to have the cleared to close in by several days. At the closing they did not have any of the paperwork to the title office and I was very close to losing the house because of this. The sellers attorney was minutes away from finding me in default. The date and time was confirmed with the VUL team weeks in advance so there is no excuse for this. When I and my lawyer called to try and get this we could not get ahold of the "lead" and instead went thru an assistant. That is poor leadership and is unacceptable.

Everyone from on staff was very helpful and attentive to me. This really made the process less stressful and actually enjoyable for my purchase.

Our finance officer, Kacee Davis, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure that all our questions were answered and our loan was processed ahead of schedule.

I had a great experience with the Veterans United Home Loans.
I have dealt with lenders in the past and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The service and professionalism was wonderful

Very friendly and personable during the process. Communication was outstanding and answered my questions in a very timely manner.I would recommend VU to all vets.

They made the process super easy, which made everything less stressful! The team of individuals made sure I was not overpaying for home owners insurance.

Jerry was exceptional. Have already

Pleasant

The whole staff in San Diego was an exceptional group especially Rob Meyer.Thank you all for making my family's dream come true!

My experience with Veterans United was a very positive. Initially, my credit score was a few points shy to be preaqualified. However, the Veterans United Staff kept me from being discouraged and explained that there were reaources in place (Lighthouse Program) to assist in getting my credit score needed for pre qualification and preapproval. My credit specialist Scott was very knowledgeable and put together a strategic plan for me to stick to in order to get the desired results. I took about two months to get where I needed to be but we made it.

It was a scary process but i felt taken care of. they kept me and my family informed and updated on everything
