Excellent except when there was a need to move up the closing date. That was not communicated to all personnel involved and I had to reiterate the need several times to push everyone so that the new date would be met. We did not make the date I had requested for the change but we did move the close up 5 business days. That was good but the ordeal took away from an otherwise excellent experience.
