I foreclosed on my VA loan when I was a kid. I didn't think that I could use my benefits again. Joe and his team helped me through the process of getting my credit in line and walked me through the process of using the remaining VA benefits that I had. I am glad I made the first call to get started. When Joe Newberry told me he had a team of professionals that worked seamlessly together, I was skeptical. Very few companies follow through with their customer service promises. When he said seamless he meant it. If someone was leaving town, I received communication letting me know who was in charge and what to expect. I received consistent updates letting me know what they needed and where we were at in the process. They also always responded to let me know that they received items that were needed from me. The efficient communication exceeded my expectations and helped to ensure that I was doing my part to speed up my success. I even had a problem with the title company which was not their responsibility, and they jumped in when they didn't have to and helped resolve the issue so that I could close on time. I would recommend Joe Newberry and his team to anyone but would specifically recommend them to anyone who thinks they would have a hard time buying a house. Thank you for your help! VUHL did a great job. The staff was courteous, highly knowledgeable and helpful. The home loan process was a lot more complicated than I expected but the VUHL did a phenomenal job of helping and guiding me through the process. As a veteran I would recommend them to other veterans without reservation.
