Was amazing, she helped my wife and I every step of the way. She always kept us informed, and made the process easy and enjoyable. She is one in a million.
Too much delay in VU system to connect buyer with your realtors. Unfortunate because I lost potential $5,000 for using VU, but couldn't connect with your partner agents fast enough on more than one attempt.
It was so bad, that I think VU should find a way to pay me at least a portion of the discount earned on a $465,000 purchase price.

Gabrielle Channell, is very asurtive and has get attention to detail. She is always on top of the commhnications. This was very important to us because we are in California and our new home is in Florida. I have bought a house before and I can say this was the most pmeasant, smoothest and fastest purchase yet!
He did what he needed to do but I got most my information from outside sources.
Overall positive experience, we were a bit critical of the communications aspect as it pertained to the loan coordinator, Molly Winkle, but we were in a hyper state of awareness due to our situation at the time
But in all fairness we closed on the date that was established for us
Thanks for providing us with a great home loan. We are very pleased.
This was the fourth home I've bought, and the process was by far the most pleasant I've experienced. Cole and his team were on the ball throughout, and made sure I was informed. When it is time for me to buy my next home, I will certainly call on Veteran's United.
Very friendly and let me make the decisions without being pushy or opinionated. Gave me all the details and processes up front.
This was an absolute joy. I was nervous about the process, but it was actually very smooth, and the team had EVERYTHING to do with that. I felt confident at every stage of the process, and not once did I feel confused, or alone. They kept me informed, and confident everything was being done, and done properly. Thank you Derek!
I felt I had to make an effort to reach out to Melinda every time. More so of me asking what she has for me than her reaching out to me and voluntarily provide me with information. I felt as if I did all the work hunting for homes that fit my criteria even though I provided her with what I was looking for. I probably got only 2 handfuls of listings yet found over 20 on my own. Sent them over to her and she managed to narrow it down the day before I flew into town, which was helpful I suppose. Before I flew into town I wanted to have some information in regards to the area that I was interested in but didn't receive any information until I arrived and after looking at the homes, she introduced me to downtown. Other than that, I felt google was more helpful in providing me with shopping, eateries, etc. Maybe its me but I thought as a realtor, it should be more on attempting to sell a lifestyle considering my family will be there for a fair amount of years, rather than of a home in an unknown location. I felt I was not well informed. Was I even provided a realtor that was knowledgeable in the area I was looking for?
The Henderson team was were great!
I also want to thank Ryan's assistant Nicole Culbertson for her help with the loan process and making sure I knew what was going on with my loan.
Chris was outstanding, i would recommend him to anyone. He kept us informed and worked hard to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. He met with U.S. Several times and often in the same property. Emailed us daily and led us through the process.
