We could've even closed sooner, the appraisal was done 5 days after the opening of Escrow, and we were cleared to close 3 days after. Zach has made the process as simple as can be and took a lot of stress off the entire home buying effort. I got quotes and offers from other lenders through my company's relocation service, but nothing came close to what Zach and his team provided. 5 stars and I'd definitely recommend. The only thing I'd change is that my mortgage was immediately sold off to Planet Home. I get it. That's the business but I really wanted just one place to handle all of my mortgages. Now I have to go through multiple companies. It's not convenient.
