Tory and Nani were really great. Would highly recommend them to any Vet. VA appraisal process was a complete disaster with no customer recourse. I would not do another VA loan based on the appraisal side. I hope Tory and Nani go to a conventional lender and I would then love to work with them again.

My first loan specialist left VU and gave my file to another loan specialist who didn't have it very long before giving it to Nicole and Jody. I can't say enough good things about them. Nicole always answered my calls and was very up to date on my file. Jody was always very helpful when I called him with questions.
