Was a extremely easy process for us, much smoother than I anticipated as you always here the horror stories of not closing on time. In our case we were able to close a few days earlier! which was great!

Overall experience = very strong. Only negative was when timelines fell apart & pushed closing a few times that influence could more proactive to encourage parties (i.e., appraiser) to meet dates (i.e, be squeaky wheel even when have little control).
It was a pleasant and effective experience with Veterans United Home Loans. Underwriting took longer than expected and kept asking for info that wasn't needed.
A little informal but they made everything happen. Would've like more liked more feedback on documents needed and timeframe.

This was my first time going through the home loan process and it was alot easier than I expected. I was pre-approved for a loan within 48 hours. I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran, and would use them again in the future myself.
I was treated very well from the beginning. Katie kept me informed of the whole process. We had some problems on the sellers end, but Katie was always there. She is not just a voice mail you can talk directly to her.
Our loan officer was outstanding and there whenever we had questions. Brittany and Nichole were the greatest.
