There were many issues with state specific taxes/fees which I feel could have been identified rather easily.
The experience was great timely punctual. I thought at times that the process was stressful because of uncertainty and it being a first time opportunity. Overall though it was great.

Solid online experience. Good UI. Login for each signer would be cool/convienent. Realtime chat or perhaps a slack channel for each loan team that folks could ping them at. Overall that was a real decent experience, you all have done well.
Hands down our best experience. Communication was above any I have ever witnessed. Josh and his team were the epitome of professionalism.
