Greatest home buying experience I have ever had and this is my third home. The first time I talked with Mike he was great, it took me 3.5 years to find the home we wanted here in rural eastern Montana but every time Mike Dianics and his team were fast and efficient with any questions or needs i had. I was very surprised about how quickly they responded. You can't get service like this anywhere else these days. I felt as though I was the only client and I know that just wasn't the case.

To many mistakes made in the process. The appraiser they hired was way out of line on pricing our home. Titling company was not organized. Experience was not pleasant
