The team at Veterans United worked very hard to qualify my wife and I as soon as was humanly possible and emailed or called as soon as there was an issue that needed resolving so that the process didn't suffer too long.
Everything was great. A few timing problems but all was great.
Loan specialist guided me thru the process with ease and provided a road map for obtaining the lowest interest rate and best terms on closing cost. I got a nice house, raised my credit score, and improve my debt to income ratio.

The experience was efficient and painless for a first time buyer.
There were mutplie times when communication was non-existent. Our closing date was only one day beyond our anticipated date, but on numerous occasions clarification was requested, only to have no answer or an excuse for a lack of communication.
