I really enjoyed working with Nate and Mike and could not be happier with the service they provided me. I did not have the same experience with Trina Stumpe. She communicated very poorly when asking for me to provide documentation. Several times she sent me requests for information that I had already provided her. Little did I know that I had made mistakes on the documents that I already provided and she did not point out the mistakes. This led to me sending her the same documents with the same mistakes several times. She attempted to contact me during the hours that I specifically stated I would be unavailable. Several of the documents she requested, I filled out and sent back and was then informed that I needed additional information that was not requested the first time. I feel that she did a poor job on explaining information that was needed.
I had a mostly positive experience with Veterans United. However, at the beginning, I was contacted by several loan officer after I had already started working with Asli, which caused me some confusion.

I don't know what the normal loan qualification process is, but I was very unhappy with that fact that I was told that I qualified for a specific loan type, then told a month and a day later that I was not actually qualified.
Do not just rely on a customer having ready access to the internet. As was my case, there where times that I was unable to log on to my account to sign or review documents in a timely matter and it cause a few delays in getting information to my loan officer. Send the e-mail but also back it up with a phone call so a person can plan on finding a hook up.
They were there in every single step they are the greatest thanks a million.
