Repeated times throughout the process and especially within weeks of the closure of the house, we were requested to send the same documents that we had sent multiple times before to the same person. We we're not made aware of any problems or questions that would arise until late in the day giving us little to no time to contact our agent before he was gone for the day.

You must be clear. Don't tell the client what they want to hear but inform them properly and often and as soon as possible.
The only complaint I have is issues with the website. We couldn't get access to documents online for about a week. They did send them in the mail but it was just extra steps that should have been accessible more easily. Overall it was a very easy experience & pleasant too!
