Would not explain or answer questions just say "trust me I know what I am doing", We were treated disrespectfully, treated as if we were ignorant and women were treated horribly especially by Jason Brown and if you questioned what he said he got irritated and would not take time to explain. He spoke down to you with irritation in his voice. We have built 2 houses and used VA loan have never been treated with such disrespect, it went smoothly and we were in Phoenix, Arizona..

Fast easy and thorough
I felt as though we could have gotten a better interest rate given my credit worthiness. Would like to restructure the loan process for a new home build so contractors could draw funds at least 2-3 times during construction instead of having to build the home and then get paid.
Garrit and Witney and his team seam to go above and beyond. They always made the time to ensure I had the information I needed. Even called to ensure I knew I had information awaiting me in my email. I would recommend them to everyone. This would be a team to learn from.

Need to explain all the fees to people including how much typical closing cost out so when they buy a house they can figure that in to the price as well.
Every step of our home buying process was expertly explained by our loan officer.
