This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. From start to finish, it was like they were holding my hand the whole way, from the first phone call I got to the end , this went very well, besides me having to do homework, lol... But all this was done very professional, I was never in the dark about how things was going to work, the team that was on this worked perfectly together.
I just wish I could have used my military discount on the closing lol....

They were very communicative, never hesitated to answer my questions or clarify things, clearly outlined the process and responsibilities of their side and mine, and fought for me when other entities were subpar.
