Veterans United made our experience positive. Regardless of the enormous amount of documents and paperwork and signing required, we were not stressed at all. We felt very confident with the service.
I don't know about other loan officers but ours was not very attentive and actually told us we had gone into underwriting a week before we actually did. We were waiting until the last minute because she couldn't get it together even though it was a simple case. Her lack of follow through was pretty annoying too - for example, she never called last Monday as she said she would and that's pretty typical of our experience with her.
