These guys, hands down, made the loan process so easy and smooth for me, and I was by no means an easy case! I was transitioning from overseas with a new job, self employed, taking a job at a full time place and thought there was no way I could get a loan with that history, but they made it happen! They were extremely responsive to all my questions, frequently checked in with me to make sure I was “ok”, which made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I think there needs to be more pressure on the VA Inspector to do their job in a timely manner. When there is only 30 days to close it is pretty negligent to wait until the last minute to start doing the job. This delayed the closing an extra week. This costs people money because they have to cancel rental trucks, work being done, utilities being turned on, etc.

Great team minus the one person that had no involvement either out of not caring or no information had. The realtor was patient with my adhd issues and very responsive over my anxiety on everything getting fixed/repaired/and closed. The agent in charge of the contractual information gathering was informative and greatly appreciated by my wife and I. Allowed us to find information with guidance from them on how to obtain, informative on time line and procedures, and kept us up to date with any and all changes going on with the title and loan.
