This has been the most pleasant smooth loan process I have experienced. I was impressed by how much could be accomplished online.
the underwriting/closing part of my experience was ridiculous these folks had all my information with ample time to look things over for issues, yet they waited until the last min. After telling me once my house was complete we would close I signed a 30 day rate lock which had to be extended numerous times and costed me almost a $600+ in fees. All bc VU failed to do their due diligence in a timely fashion.
