Our initial loan estimate was not even close to our final loan estimate. Our initial estimate was -1255, the follow up was +1438, and the final cash to close was +1826. None of these changes were explained to us throughout the process.
Mike was great to work with. Uploading docs was pretty easy. Underwriters drove me nuts with their constant asking of new items that seemed ridiculous to me.
