Smooth transition for buying my house.
I purchased a condominium in a community that had had not been approved for VA financing. I completed the application for community/HOA approval and it could not have taken over two weeks before approval by the VA. We then found a property and the total approval was very fast. Great job

Everything started well. Then either confusion, incorrect directions, or lack of knowledge made simple tasks take longer than needed. Would be asked to give a piece of info in a certain way. Then be told that is not what Fannie Mae wants. Never felt confident during the process.
