This is a great company that fully understands the VA loan process. I would never use anyone else.
I have already recommended Veterans United Homes and specified they most talk to Taylor Barton because she is very professional and extremely informed.
Veterans United provided succinct directions and guidance through the entire mortgage process. The credit counselor was very knowledgeable and was able to improve my FICO by over 60 points in a very short time. Great experience from beginning to end.

I have never experienced an easier process than buying home with Veterans United. I will shout praises to all who will hear me.
Very easy to utilize the online portal.
I absolutely would recommend Ryan Cannon and also the Lighthouse Program. Nothing bad to say at all. I was taken care of all the way.
Andy Miller, Morgan Skipworth and the rest of the team is outstanding. We spoke frequently and they answered all my question and really helped me with the process.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They really took the time to make sure I was getting an outstanding quality of service.
The staff pointed me in the right direction to obtain required items from highly recommended sources that made the experience much smoother for me.
Lack of communication, a lot of back and forward, requesting documents that I had already sent them a long time ago. I had to send them twice and three times the same documents. Even two days before closing they were asking for documents that they already had. I had to be sending emails all the time to know the status of the approval. After a week they responded asking for documents that some of them I had already sent them to them. Tim Spears was excellent, outstanding job, but the person who was working with my loan approval was inefficient and unprofessional. We came to think that they did not want to do business.
