Communication between my loan specialist and her assistant seemed to be lacking at times. Ocasionally I was asked to provide the same information more than once, or was unsure about what was required. However, overall everything went very smoothly and I am more than satisfied with my experience. Great company to work with.

I am truly speechless, in August of 2016 I was pre-qualified for a loan and I actually believed that I would never be able to afford a mortgage by myself with one income. So I asked that my file be closed at that time. Six months later a friend was selling her house and she priced it so that I could afford it on my own.
