Very professional. Smooth.... no hassle with the loan process
It was easy and well done. The staff was on top of everything.
They asked for duplicate paper work on several occasions and despite the fact I had told them multiple times that my wife would be signing everything using a POA there were several important messages missed because she wasn't included. They also sent the wrong paperwork on closing day so it took 2 1/2 hours. Over all I felt like it was pretty disorganized.
Very special people who all made me feel very confident in their abilities throughout the entire process.
It was a rough road.. Termite set backs money set backs.. Going in debt on credit cards and not being able to recoup that..
