The TC and my loan officer were both very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire loan process. I had many questions which were answered in a timely manner via email and/or phone calls.
Both Devin and Jennifer were courteous and prompt in their communications with me. They kept me updated and answered my questions in a timely manner - often within a few minutes of sending an email, I had either an email or phone response. :)
