Way! to relax on deadlines
I recommend having one contact person reaching out. Its confusing when two different people contact you, especially if you get different info from each. For example one person would tell us what we needed or did not need and the other person would say something different. It made us make multiple or even unnecessary trips to the computer.Both contacts were unbelievably friendly and I know they each really wanted to help and support us. I just would be lying if I didn't communicate that there were definitely times of confusion and frustration. And I dont think that can be blamed on our circumstances.

Much to long of a process getting or providing information needed. Cutting the time frame before closing was way to close for comfort. Veterans should not be put through such a nerve racking experience to get or approved for a home loan. I feel for those veterans who upon supplying their service records have to endure this long dragged out process. I'll admit, my situation of relocating to another state and finding and proving employment added to my stress of obtaining much more information, but really?? It would have been nice to work with someone local in the Jackson, TN area making it easy to drop or sign items off required for this loan.

The process started out great with Tom but I got the impression that Corey was still learning the ropes. As soon as our file passed to him there was a lag in communication, I was getting asked for documents I had uploaded days earlier, etc. Overall though the process was pretty good. Love your online portal; great UX!
No delays, all questions answered immediately and messages left for call back were returned in less then 24 hours.
Communication was fantastic.
Great experience! I would just recommend providing a secure method of sending and receiving documents through email containing personal information; wasn't able to scan some docs over email
