Seth was great to work with and overall response time from VU was very good. However, there were an item that the underwriters waited until 2 days before to point out they needed further information. We had all information 1+ week before hand and requested if any further information was needed. Everything was smooth sailing until the last 48 hours.

We had spoken to other agencies prior to speaking with Tom Champion. They were aggressive, pushy and we overall got a bad feeling from them based on some of the tactics they wanted us to use in getting our loan. Example, they wanted us to ask a relative with a credit card to put us on it, so that their good credit would appear on out credit report. I found that to be unethical. Also, the constantly talked about ARM mortgages. Something we defiantly did not want.So, it was refreshing to see the straight forward way we were dealt with with. Not even once did we feel uncomfortable with with the ethics of the loan processors.
Love how easy they are to deal with and they always make my buying experience so simple for me. Will continue to use them again and again in the future.
