Very seamless transition wholly due to the effort and work of Justin Brinker. I talked to some buddies who had recently bought houses and they actually suggested to not go with Veteran's United due to poor customer service during the initial loan phase, however from the moment I spoke with Justin I was impressed. He was very accommodating to all of my unusual requests and we had everything closed out and ready to close in record time. He wasn't pushy, kept me well informed and everything was awesome. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. My only regret is that I do not get to continue to interact with him for the life of the loan.

This was an incredibly long process. There was patience required on the part of the lender and myself. For the most part this purchase was painless and well executed. We had some major issues that delayed the actual closing to include employment verification. Some of the issues have yet to be worked through. Everything leading up to closing was handled in a very professional manner. Response times were outstanding and the information was accurate. Closing was poorly executed but quickly remedied.
