The whole experience was fairly easy to do. Closing was on time which was appreciated. The only negative was not having a good faith estimate that was remotely close to what I was supposed to bring to closing. It was $3800 off what was projected.
Everyone at Veterans United did a great job. Janeanne and Hannah were both especially helpful and very responsive to my questions and concerns. As a first-time home buyer, they made me feel comfortable and made the process easy to understand.

Great overall. Biggest detractor was the underwriting process. Underwriting seemed to require additional documentation at various stages of the approval process which highlighted inconsistency in the process. Should be consistent at all levels.
